I had my mid-cycle ultrasound yesterday CD 13. Dr. said there is one 13 mm on left along with some small ones and some small ones on the right side. My left tube is blocked so I cant do IUI until i get a dominant follice on the right side. Im going back for another ultrasound CD 16, is there still a chance that I will get a big enough dominant on the right side?

It's still early enough for a dominant follicle grows on the right, especially if injectable gonadotropins are being used and the dose increased

Thanks, ive been having a little aching on my right side so Im hoping thats a sign that there are some good follicles on that side. Will find out tomorrow at the ultrsound

HI Hoping. I actually just posted a similar question. I am on day 15 with a 14mm follicle, and 2 smaller ones. I was just wondering if yours had grown enough?

it had grown enough but unfortunately it was on the left side. which my left tube is blocked. good luck!
