hi I was given vitex by my naturopath 500 mg . I had to start it day one or day2 of my cycle and take it first thing in the morning before

anything else. I ovulated with the vitex on day 14 instead of my normal day 18 or day 19. So I would recommend it if you have a longer than the norm 28 day cycle.

thanks everyone. i was on clomid this cycle, at cd17 today. had a faint positive for OPK on Tuesday, so hopefully ovulating around now. wasn't able to BD tuesday or wednesday because my hubby was out of town. hopefully we still have agood chance this month though!

any other suggestions on herbs??
