If you have been TTC for 8 years, its time to see a Reproductive Endocrinologist (fertility specialist). Fertilaid is not an effective fertility medication. Preseed is just a lubricant one can use if they have issues in that department. U and your partner have to see the Dr and get some tests done. GOod luck to you
