Have you seen anyone yet? A doctor or RE? If not I would schedule an appointment. There could be LOTS of reasons why you and your partner have not been able to concieve yet. Do you keep track of ovulation? either by temping or OPKs or some other method?

i would consult an RE. after 3 yrs of trying on your own, i think that would be the next best step. can i ask how old you are? are you temping / tracking?
