Hi everyone:
I wanted to write this post, since I wrote some thoughts earlier on on the Chat, but also for some of you who might not have seen it.
FertilityTies was build to foster a community of support and tolerance among each others. To provide medical information and most importantly support along this journey.
We understand that emotions can run really high during this process, and sometimes just like everything else in life we have good and bad days, where we might say or do something we later regret.
FertilityTies has Terms of Service in which everyone agrees to foster a positive community and to refrain from actions or language that could be offensive to others.
We do believe in free speech and this place is meant to express all emotions, sadness, anger, happiness, frustrations etc. as long as we do not directly offend any member of our community.
FertilityTies has banned users who do not foster a positive community. These users can comeback as long as they adhere to the Terms of Service.
Rest assure that we will not observe your every move here, we couldn't anyways!! but if a situation occurs which you believe we need to evaluate please let us know. We do not want a community where you need to think your every move, but I trust that we all use common sense, and even when we do/say something we regret, there's always an opportunity to make ammends.
As the site grows, It'll become harder to know when a post or member could be offensive. So i encourage you to use the feature in which you can indicate if a post is Inappropriate. In addition you can always e-mail me or use the Contact FertilityTies form to report any abuse.
