i have had 4 miscarriages and numerous problems for the past year. i was having terrible pain in my pelvis, left hip and down my leg during ovulation. I now have irregular periods - from 24 days to 35 days and i've stopped ovulating. The weeks after i should of ovulated i experience pregnancy like symptoms which are really getting me down. Do you have any advice.

Sounds like you have polycystic ovarian syndrome in which the eggs are not good quality and therefore you are more prone to miscarriages, and irregular menses. I would get an evaluation for this as soon as possible.
