hello doctor

iam facing fertility problem.. i have child 3 years old.. iam trying for the second child but iam unable to conceive.. my personal gynacologist has given me hcg ovulation induction injection....... in the month of december and january too.. i tried to conceive but could not succeed.... .ovulation is taking place ..there are only 2 or 3 eggs according to my scan report...

help me out what could be the reason

Hang in there honey, human reproduction is very inefficient...just have to keep on trying and especially since you've had a child before and if you have the same partner, we hope that soon enough you'll have a BFP!

There really isn't a good answer for unexplained secondary infertility like this...if after 3 attempts you're still not pregnant, consider going to an RE for more aggressive treatments..
