False + OPK with Ovidrel?

I am on clomid and been taking OPK since 2 days after I stopped and all negative. Then last night I gave myself the Ovidrel trigger shot and got a + OPK, could this be a false positive due to the Ovidrel?

The ovidrel shot should cause you to ovulate hence the +opk.
