factor 2 and clomid

i have factor2 and hetero mthfr i have had two miscarriages in the last year. first pregnant on 2nd cycle 2nd preg took 7 cycles to get preg and then miscarriage went for testing said i will start lovenox as soon as i get a positive my problem is now it is taking along time again to get pregnant is clomid safe to use with these disorders

Hi Peanut!

Clomid can increase your Estrogen, which can increase the chance of clots...The lovenox should help with this a little though..

Consider taking Letrozole so that the risk of clotting is even less with the use of Lovenox, and discuss this with your doc since Letrozole doesn't increase your Estrogen levels...

Over half the population is mthfr hetero positive, little to worry about this..
