Exercise when you get your bfp after miscarriages
What I mean is there r so many of us on here that have had several m/c's and r very nervous and cautious after another bfp. So I'm wondering if u all sit around being really careful or go about ur normal life? Like working out I know in my head is fine during pregnancy however I just know when I get another bfp I will not touch the treadmill in fear of losing another and then blaming myself. Just curious how u all go about normal life, working out, having sex, cleaning with chemicals, etc.

I too am probably overly cautious. I am so exhaused its easy to do nothing:) I do little. I am 11 weeks now and am starting to do a bit more than before. Still no sex at all since I ovulated (poor dh). I am just so nervous that I dont want to do anything that could potentially do damage. I would never get on a treadmill or anything like that. I can do all of that once the baby is born.
thx ladies. I know that when i was preggo with the kids i didnt really do much but i was way younger and way thinner at that time so i took that time "off". I figured that there was never a time in my life that i could get away with doing nothing so i was gonna take it. My labors were not difficult, however, again i was younger and i know they say the more you excersize when preggo or stay in "shape" the labor is easier.
Im not preggo but hope to be again and after 4 m/c in the last couple years i just know that i will be so nervous to do anything. Last pregnancy my DH wouldnt even let me go to the grocery store! lol!
My hubby says no sex once preggo too so at least we are in agreement, right?

i have had so many tests done my head spins thinking about it - lol.
Just recently got a new doc and he gave me more tests - the ones the other doc didnt/wouldnt do.
here are the ones that the new doc did after the other RE said there was nothing more he could do and i needed to go to Donor Eggs. SO in preparation for a donor egg cycle we found out that my natural killer cells are out of control and i would have m/c'd again (most likley) even with a $20,000 donor egg cycle!!
Blood draw for immunological testing due to history of miscarriages:
Antiphospholipid antibodies (APA) Borderline
Reproductive Immunophenotype (RIP) Negative
Embryo toxicity - all ok
Natural Killer Cells (NKC) way elevated (27)
Antinuclear antibody (ANA) PositiveThyroid antibodies (my thyroid was the lowest it can be and still be in “normal range”
TORCH panel
hemoglobin A1C
Sed Rate
CA-125
Thrombophilia Workup: Factor V Leiden, Prothrombin Gene Mutation, Protein C Activity, Protein S Activity, Antithrombin III, Antithrombin I-1, and lipoprotein A
Lupus anticoagulant
MTHR - found 2 of the same mutation
Homocysteine levels - were low but with the MTHR they should have been high - weird!

I think the first 3-4 months...it is best to be cautious with exercise. After 5 months, I was super active, and increased it slowly until labor. The end days of walking briskly I belive helped out my labor tremendously...I was only in for 6 hours on my very first :O) But in the beginning, I was on bed rest here and there due to bleeding. I didnt' want to even risk it...my fat butt was on the couch in front of the TV watching a baby story all day long. LOL. :O)

That being said, supposedly you can go on and be as active as you have been before getting pregnant (just don't increase it after!) hope you are well...
