i have dry cervical mucous all the time. i also have imbalanced hormones. what is evening primrose good for? should i take an estrogen supplement to help out my condition with dry cm?
It all depends on what we're doing. If you take too much estrogen early on, it can keep you from ovulating (hence, how birth control pills work). Clomid may maynot help, while the use of letrozole can help. Injectable gonadotropins under the supervision of an RE can definately help. In terms of cervical mucus, if you feel dry and possibly need help with lubrication and want to use something that's sperm friendly, consider purchasing Pre-seed
