Estrogen surges and violent vomit "spells"

I have these "spells" of quick onset of violent vomitting. As soon as I vomit, I feel better and it goes away.
I have been noting these "spells" for 7 months. The last 4 months I have charted temps, CM and other signs. I have noticed a pattern within my cycles of these "spells".
It is pretty predictable that I have a spell around 3 days before ovulation, another between 3-6 days after ovulation and another the day before menses.
The spells come on quickly with NO warning. (Sometimes when I am driving) I can not control them. What is this and how does it affect my chances of becomming pregnant? Thank you

It's difficult to say what is causing this, and unusual that it's one's reproductive hormone creating this...May be wise to ask a general practicioner for a check up, and best to do this prior to getting pregnant, because if this is something that can be cured or controlled, it may not be able to be done so while pregnant, which may endanger the pregnancy...
