I have high estrogen levels. I was told that this can affect the quality of my eggs, it that true. Also, how can you lower estrogen levels naturally without medication?
Egg quality can be affected by many different factors, but the biggest one is age, while endometriosis can also play a role. High estrogen levels (produced by the follicles themselves that contain the eggs), well don't know where to take this. Now, if it's taken with a day 3 FSH level and it's elevated, it may be a very early indicator of diminishing ovarian reserve, but would consult with an RE about your levels. Unfortunately, there isn't even a medication we can give you to help you conceive that would decrease the estroges, because the ones that do (lupron, for example) aren't for conception (unless IVF or IUI) let alone finding natural medications.
