Endometriosis and PCOS

Just wondering if a professional had any thoughts as to what my chances are of me concieving. In April of 2007, I had surgery to remove endometriosis. About 6 months ago I was diagnosed with borderline PCOS and am now 2 months into taking Metformin. With having both these leading causes of infertility, am I crazy to continue trying to get pregnant? Or should I give up? Hope to get some sort of answer soon here! Thanks

Hi laraine,

So long as you're young and have normal FSH, these aren't reasons to give up ttc.. Hopefully you can get pregnant on your own, but if not, an RE can help

Good luck, and keep us posted..

Thank you, I have been seeing an RE since Oct 08 and I do believe my FSH was fine. I guess I can sort of consider that to be a sigh of relief? I appreciate the response!
