Endometriosis and anovulation

I think I may have endometriosis as I have painful, heavy periods accompanied by diarrhea. I started my first period at the age of 11 years 9 months and they have always been painful and very heavy. It wasn't until I was 16 that they became irregular. I've been ttc for 10 years. I only have a period about once every 3 to 4 months. I've been charting my temps and I only ovulated 6 times in 39 months. Out of those 6 times my luteal phases were 11 days, 11 days, 10 days, 11 days, 10 days, and 4 days long. Does this sound like it could be endometriosis? Does endo cause anovulation? I don't have medical insurance right now, so laparoscopy isn't an option. Any help would be very much appreciated.
