We got to the point of having to do it doggie style or sideways probably around 25-30 weeks or so.....

I agree.. it doesn't feel nearly as good.. but.. I'll tell you what we did to fix that.. sorry if this offends anyone... I know we've had some issues here in the past with people getting offended, so I apologize ahead of time. Normally in the doggie or sidelying position, dh will reach his hand around and make sure the important parts get attention, but, since his arm didn't quite fit around me anymore, I took care of that job myself with a vibrator. It definitely took the frustration out of the limited positions...

Actually.. I almost forgot.. right before I delivered, we were really sick of those 2 positions, so dh sat in a kitchen chair, and I sat on his lap facing him... and our chairs are the perfect height... and that was the BEST that sex had felt since we couldn't do it anyway we wanted anymore.

Thanks for that Meghan I really appreciate it! We tried the sitting up thing also but my belly just really gets in the way. What also doesnt help is the fact that I have collostrum already (have since week 15) and when I get aroused it seems to come out more. So...when doing things face to face such as a sitting positions my breasts are in DHs face and he gets collostrum all over lol. Sorry I know TMI but it is true lol. Maybe we will try the kitchen chair thing! I dont have a vibrator but I am seriously considering getting one lol!

Liane- I was going to suggest what Meghan did.. the chairs.. It will allow you closeness of DH, but also give you some more room to get the job done.. or on your side, try putting a pillow in front of you and kinda under the side you are laying on that might help...

I also think that the height of a bed can work- you can ly on your back and DH can stand- our bed that works perfectly- but I do think our bed is kinda high.

Liane....Have DH sit in the chair then you turn your back to him and do the deed! Kinda like you are not facing him! It will work and you will love it! And listen...we are all gals and all TTC so obviusly we are all doing it so don't worry about offending me!!! LOL

Haha you ladies are soo funny, Lori that bed thing works all the time. Hubby and I did it before pregnancy and now, but it wasnt always the bed, sometimes couch and he would be on knees or something.

Liane wishing you some relief soon...hehe....OH OH OH...hubby and I are getting that KY Jelly his and hers stuff very soon. I keep meaning to get some. Is it ok to use during pregnancy, anyone know? I want to try it soo badly after seeing commercials...haha. Anyone tried it?

I never tried it! We are still on the veggie oil kick! DH prefers it to KY!

We prefer stuff over KY as well, but this stuff seems AWESOME. There is a Gel for the guy and a Gel for the girl, and when they combine apparently something magical happens and dagit I wanna know how that magical feeling of that combination feels...haha. Im making Brannon pick some up after work now...haha. I will let everyone know how it goes...haha.

Ive heard of that KY for his and hers- sounds fun. But for some reason I thought to wait until after pregnancy-? NO CLUE WHY it is probably safe.

We still use veggie oil too Liane! LOL

Haha I have read reviews from another site and lots hated it, so maybe we wont get it. It says the girls is a cooler or freezing sensation and the guys feels like burning or something, kinda freaked me out. So maybe not gonna try this...haha.

We tried a "hot" sensation one once and it was awful!!! DH and I were both scrambling to the bathroom to wash it off. It was not pleasant lol!! Talk about killing the mood!

Ouchie, not fun at all and totally mood ruining moment!

Liane, try laying on your side at the edge of the bed and have DH stand up. I'm not preggo yet, and this is my favorite position. = )

This is what we had to do when I was pregnant with my son a couple years ago. By week 35 though, that was it for me. week 35-42 (i was two weeks overdue) was just way too uncomfortable!!

I am 19 weeks now and it is just starting to get uncomfertable..I 100% agree with meg get a vibrator and do some parts your self..hehe i love mine :)
