Thanks for that Meghan I really appreciate it! We tried the sitting up thing also but my belly just really gets in the way. What also doesnt help is the fact that I have collostrum already (have since week 15) and when I get aroused it seems to come out more. So...when doing things face to face such as a sitting positions my breasts are in DHs face and he gets collostrum all over lol. Sorry I know TMI but it is true lol. Maybe we will try the kitchen chair thing! I dont have a vibrator but I am seriously considering getting one lol!

Ok, at what point in your pregnancy did sex become just uncomfortable? I am 24 weeks with twins and am already not enjoying sex at all and believe me I want it (I am starting to feel like Meghan lol!!).
I cant go on the bottom because my belly is in the way, I cant go on top because my belly makes it difficult....we can do it sideways or doggy style but it just doesnt feel very good.
Also, I think I am starting to develop hemmroids from the pressure of the babies and that just doesnt help....I am honestly sexually frustrated because I really really really want it but cant find pleasure in any position.....ughh...please help.

Haha you ladies are soo funny, Lori that bed thing works all the time. Hubby and I did it before pregnancy and now, but it wasnt always the bed, sometimes couch and he would be on knees or something.

We prefer stuff over KY as well, but this stuff seems AWESOME. There is a Gel for the guy and a Gel for the girl, and when they combine apparently something magical happens and dagit I wanna know how that magical feeling of that combination feels...haha. Im making Brannon pick some up after work now...haha. I will let everyone know how it goes...haha.
Liane.. if the chair isn't comfortable, try bringing the chair up near your bed, or close to a wall, something you can lean back into or grab onto... if you can handle bending backwards like that...

it hurt a little only b/c i wasnt very wet b/c of bf'ing and dh refused to use lube. but my midwife says the reason it usually hurts is the scar tissue on the opening of the vagina wear the perineam starts.. and I didn't tear at all right there. So, I had no scar tissue to speak of. Considering you are having twins,and they are usually smaller than full term babies, i'd say your chances of not tearing are good
Ohhh, I just found this post and I read from the very beginning all the way till end...this is fun! hehehe! Liane, like Meghan, my first time after having Bella was also kinda uncomfy. We also used that KY warming gel but UGH! That thing burn!! And it ruined the mood big time. Aside from that, we couldn't concentrate because Bella kept farting loud while we were doing it. hahaha! When dh put that warming KY on me, I screamed...it didn't only burn but it kinda stung down there. Well, a couple days after, I got a UTI again...I suspect it was from that KY too because after that stupid gel, it kinda hurt when I peed. Hmp!
Btw, Meghan, you didn't give us the site where you get your vibrator. I really want to try one. I was supposed to order one last week, but I totally forgot about it. It's our wedding anniversary tomorrow and I wanted to surprise hubby too. I've heard that the "bullet" vibrator can be used for male and female. Is that what you're using, Meghan?
the rabbit is so GREAT! It got me threw john and I living in different citys for 8 months he was only home every 14-21 days..but toether he loves to use it on me..what fun!!

Hey Liane...my dh and I really didn't much after I got bigger. I hated it b/c not only did I not really want too ,but I was huge and didn't feel remotely sexy. Honey whatever works for you..if you find a position that is great for you and that you want to then do it....if you don't then don't. Your dh will understand! Hey Fran, same here. There was a time that I didn't want to do it because I didn't feel sexy at all. My stomach was in the way no matter what. We still bd even on my 9th month, but the only comfortable position was having him from behind and we lie on our sides. It feels really weird when the baby was moving in my tummy while we were doing it. Bella was probably thinking--"What the heck is going on out there? I'm trying get some sleep in here!" LOL!

I agree.. it doesn't feel nearly as good.. but.. I'll tell you what we did to fix that.. sorry if this offends anyone... I know we've had some issues here in the past with people getting offended, so I apologize ahead of time. Normally in the doggie or sidelying position, dh will reach his hand around and make sure the important parts get attention, but, since his arm didn't quite fit around me anymore, I took care of that job myself with a vibrator. It definitely took the frustration out of the limited positions...
Actually.. I almost forgot.. right before I delivered, we were really sick of those 2 positions, so dh sat in a kitchen chair, and I sat on his lap facing him... and our chairs are the perfect height... and that was the BEST that sex had felt since we couldn't do it anyway we wanted anymore.
