is egg released in every ovulation,if the texture of the cervical fluid is chaning does it mean egg has been released during ovulation or its not necessary, fluid texture may just change even without the release of eggs.

Yes, the estrogen that is produced by the egg prior to being ovulated is what creates the ewcm...after the egg ovulates, the hormone produced, Progesterone, will also change the consistency of cervical mucus
