Effects of IVF on babies

Do babies born from IVF have a higher rate of birth defects, autism, or other developmental disabilities when compared to babies conceived the "natural" way? Also, are miscarriage rates higher in pregnancies from IVF when compared to "regular" pregnancies?

This is a relative question, as one doesn't truly know whether this is the case because there was infertility in the first place (preventing some of these thing from developing in the first place) or if it's from IVF...
There is a very little (let me emphasize) little increase in some of these issues with IVF patients compared to regular pregnancies...but so little that in many cases it's not an issue that would discourage most all from attempting
