You can still have children naturally, but may take a little longer. If you do get pregnant on your own, you will need close supervision by your doc as you're at high risk for developing another ectopic on the remaining tube. Pain in the ovary could be due to ovulation or endometriosis (if you had endo, you may have been told during surgery and this is a risk factor for damaging the tubes). Otherwise, if you can't get pregnant in over a year on your own, you may seriously want to consider IVF.
