I am 5 weeks pregnant, and I feel some cramping pain mostly at night it lasts for several minutes and then goes away. I have no bleeding. Just this pain

This can be normal, although we always worry about an ectopic, but these pains would be getting worse, and if so, call your doc and/or go to the ER
