Dr????? ANTIDEPRESSANTS

I started off taking Prozac. It didn't help me at all.

Then they tried me on Zoloft. It made me a complete zombie. I would say things and wouldn't realize I was the one who said it! Got me in a lot of trouble since I was still in school at the time.

Then they tried me on Celexa. It was my match. Took the edge off without making me feel crazy. It really helped. I took that for a while and then stopped taking antidepressants.

Recently I decided I needed to do the antidepressants again to help stabilize myself... I've been feeling very rollercoaster-like lately. They tried me on Wellbutrin. It was not good for me. It made me extremely paranoid. I thought people were watching me through the window, I was constantly looking outside waiting. I actually even contemplated getting a weapon... I decided on a bat since I'm scared of guns and you have to get too close to them with a knife. Crazy, huh? I felt even worse!

So the moral of my long story is, Celexa worked well for me. Maybe talk to your doctor about trying that.

I don't remember gaining weight on any of these, but most of them made me so loopy that weight was the least of my worries at the time.

hey chas, i know the feeling. i was on zoloft for a little over 7 years and i gained 15 pounds. i also didnt have much of a conscience. i would do and say things and wouldnt care who i hurt. anyway, now im off by accident...lol! i was taking so many fertility and prenatal pills that i forgot to take my zoloft and didnt even realize it.

i also heard that celexas was a good pill to take!
