I think that is code for over stimulating follicles

Right..ovarian hyperstimulation

Gatorade doesn't help prevent OHSS, but is something most all recommend to keep one as hydrated as possible when affected with OHSS...

I was gonna say kelli i read somewhere that it wil not prevent it..but i think that it helps with the recovery..

how do you know when your ovaries are hyper stimulated?? My dr said that my ovaries were "slightly enlarged" before clomid...

I think that they can even predict that it may happen with estrogen levels....

Estrogen levels help predict who may get it, but usually one has to be on injectable gonadotropins and/or have several mature follicles (usually greater than 20) to have OHSS after hCG shot is given...
