However, make sure that you were supposed to take all fluid (in your case 2cc) and have all of that injected, otherwise you may have given yourself half the dose (5,000) since you used 1cc instead of 2cc, which some centers do perform in certain circumstances...

I took my trigger shot at 8:30 tonight. I mixed 2cc of water with all the hcg powder. I then injected 1cc of hcg subcanteously. Will I ovulate before the retrieval on Wednesday at 8am? or Will the Lupron Depot keep me from ovulating? Will the hcg shot continue to mature my follicles?

The Lupron was given so that your body wouldn't produce a premature LH surge, so very unlikely you had one and thus since the hCG shot acted as the LH surge, you shouldn't ovulate before the retrieval..
