Well this cycle since im working from home now I though shoot, I want to take them earlier, maybe that was a bad idea.
Anyways I never got a positive OPK until CD21 at 11am, and then negative that afternoon, same thing happened CD22, and CD23. Anyways I know you know the story.
So I called my doctor and they wanted me to come in for a progesterone test today...WHY?? I know I didnt ovulate but whatever. Anyways so I went up there and I told the front desk to give them my temp charts to show them I know I havent ovulated yet and is this necessary. they looked over them and said for me to still get it done. So I did, and then I went back and talked with my nurse, and she said asked if I had been on Letrozole or whatever, and at the time had no idea what that was till a bunch of the ladies here told me....Femara. I told her no because I had no idea what she was talking about, but def. I havent been on that before Clomid.
So anyways I think they will be switching me to that inreplace of round 4 of Clomid coming next cycle. Which is fine with me, and before all this, knowing if Round 3 didnt happen, I was going to up my days for Round 4, to possible CD1-5. Can I still do this with Femara, if they put me on that??
Also why in the world is this happening??
I know I havent ovulated because of my temps, they went from CD21-97.65, CD22-96.88, CD23-96.88, CD24-97.07.
I mean it COULD still be possible I ovulate and get a temp spike before Friday, but thats probably slim to none.
They will be calling me back Tomorrow or at the latest Friday before 10:30am, to give me my results for my progesterone, and then will figure out whats next. They said if they are low, which they will be, then I will be coming in to talk with my doctor, and then he may want to do an ultrasound to see whats going on up there. Im sure they will just prescribe me to the meds HOPEFULLY before the weekend so I can get started on getting my period to come, and get on this train as fast as I can so we can start trying again.
Anyways just wanted your opinion on what you think and if its safe to take Femara CD1-5, or 2-6, or 3-7. Im def not doing CD4-8 or CD5-9, im def. going earlier for sure. Do you think thats a good idea?
Thanks Dr. Q, and whomever else feels like responding as well!
Lots of love!!!!
