I also had a cyst while I was taking the gonal f injections. My doctor noticed it when I went in on my cd 3 to start my next cycle. It was the size of a lemon, so it was very big and it was gone within 2 weeks. I'm not sure if you can still ovulate with a cyst but you might be ovulating from the other ovary? Or the cyst may be gone now since it was only 3mm! Good Luck! Sening you loads of babydust :)
