Dr Q, .....could I still ovulate?

Ok, I'm sure you know from my previous manic questions that I just an anovulatory cycle = ) I have never skipped a period before.
I know some women still have their "period" even though they did not ovulate. I am on CD43 and still no period. My question is since I still have not gotten AF yet, could I still ovulate this late on my own or would it be best for my doc to give me Provera? I was supposed to call my doc and see him on 6/20 if no AF. I just started temping again this morning and I was thinking about using OPKs this week. Could I still ovulate this late?
