Dr Q..being in the sun after ivf transfer?

After bedrest, is it okay to be in the sun? I take my 3 yr old to the pool quite often..and no won't be swimming..just walking in the shallow end with him..but will being in the sun affect implantation?

Also, they said no soap, perfume etc for ret. and transfer...should I avoid that after transfer day too..or just the day of? Will it effect embryos after they've been transfered?
