Dr.Q about follicles sizes!

I am on 2nd round of clomid. Today I had an u/s. It's cd9 for me. I had 3 follicles- 10mm, 13mm and 15mm. I have to go back on cd11, and probably will be given the hcg shot. Do you think the follicles are too small for cd9? I am afraid none of them will be mature by the time I will be given the shot!

Janet, the follicles grow very quickly! Your 15mm will probably be good at cd11. I know my RE likes to see them between 18-22mm on a medicated cycle for the hcg shot. If not cd11 you will be good on cd13.

I mean what size does the follicle has to be to release an egg?
