Does it make a difference your hormone levels from cd 21/cd 24

I had got a positive opk on cd14 which makes me assume I ovulated on cd15. I was unable to get in to the drs. on cd21 so the nurse told me to come in on cd24. My levels this month were 4.6. I was wondering if it make adifference that I waited longer the 7dpo to have my progesterone tested because I felt my ovulation thats what made me take the opk test. Anyways I've never felt ovulation pains in the months that i didn't take clomid and this cycle I didn't take it.
