Does anyone know if red clover or vitex can cause sore nipples?

Oh yeah.. and they "tingle" all the time too? someone please tell me Im no weird,,, or crazy lol

OK, no more red clover...

Red Clover is an estrogen like compound... meaning it binds to estrogen receptors. When you are trying to get pregnant, at the beginning of the cycle days 1-7 too much estrogen is bad, so no red clover during this time. As you get closer to ovulation, estrogen is good because it increases the thickness of the endometrial lining. However, if you are using red clover, it may occupy your receptors and not be as effective as your own body's estrogen at thickening the lining so therefore your lining may be too thin when ovulation occurs for implantation to take place. Due to this, I can't recommend using it and no, it will not cause nipple soreness... progesterone which is a different hormone causes this...

Hello, my nipples are still sore.. weeks later, and my breasts are heavy and full. Is there anything other than pregnancy that may cause this? I did an hpt and it came out negative. Thank you very much.... again :-)
