Hi Meghan.......I used it and like it. It took me a couple of months to get on to it and see my natural pattern. Just like cm or cervical position, you need to see what your body is like to know it's patterns. Then you should be good to go. I was pregnant then after 2 months of learning my "ferning"!! :) good luck and baby dust!
