I have double the amount of them in my body and have had 4 miscarriages in a row, over the last 2.5 years. Anyway, some docs do this test and some don’t think its worth it. Do you do these tests? Like the APA, ANA, RIP, etc?
Here is part of what I was reading and I found it very interesting!
Increased peripheral and endometrial NK killing activity have been demonstrated among patients undergoing in vitro fertilization (IVF) who experienced spontaneous pregnancy loss or IVF failure. Interestingly, 40% of patients undergoing IVF with a diagnosis of endometriosis displayed increased NK activity. Identification of patients with increased NK cell activity will allow appropriate treatment for those who will benefit from it.

The other matter is whether treatments would even work, and if so, would one want say IVIg (very costly at about $8,000) for a treatment that may/may not work for a condition that may/may not be there...
Only one can determine the stakes, understanding this, it would be up to each person to determine if they wish to go down this path
