discharge and ovulation?

I have been on provera and clomid and I had no signs of ovulation I started doing opk tests on day 10 but no lines but this week which means day 30 I have been discharge like thick and strechy . Today I did a pregnancy test so i can start provera again and it was negative, it is day 35 so what could this discharge mean? and shall i start provera to start a period!
