Did I ovulate twice this month?

Crzy... Welcome and hope u like the site. As for if u are ovulating again. A women will only ovulate once a month. There are the rare occasions which is very rare that a women will ovulate twice in a month.

Checking ur cervical mucus is not an accuarate result of u ovulating or not. It can give u an indication that ur going to ovulate but it will not verify if u will or did. Also with ur checking ur cervical mucus it can be dangerous as u can get an infection if it is not done correctly or if u scrap the cervix.

Usually when u are ovulating u will have EWCM (egg white cervical mucus) and this is the fertile time. Ur cervical mucus changes throughout ur cycle. Usually it goes from ur period, to creamy to EWCM to sticky and then ur period again. Some women will have EWCM after they u ovulate also.

Best way to check if ur ovulating is by OPK's (ovulation prediction kits) or BBT (basal body temperature). These ways will give u a better idea when and if ur ovulating.
