Hi Dr,

Am I ovulated with day 22 progesterone blood test is 9.6?

What are my chances to conceive without meds?

Is there any thing we can do to improve this (Egg Quality).

What does day 22 progesterone blood test is 9.6 mean? I ovulated with bad quality egg? or I didn't ovulate?

We are eagerly trying to conceive now.Do I need to take clomid?

Please clarify my doubts....

9.6 is a good number they usually say at 10 you ovulate but from my experience my level was 6.3 and they said i ovulated and that was with clomid and I am not pregnant so you have a chance still..

Good luck.. And baby dust your way *****

Usually anything above a 5 for progesterone indicates ovulation occured. You have to know if this was taken 7 DPO. If it was, then you may need progesterone supplementation or even clomid can help. Egg quality can only be found out when you do IVF.

doctors usually like to see progesterone levels above 10 for a 'good' ovulation. However, my prog level was 9.75 (7 dpo) the month i got pregnant and i didn't need any progesterone supplements to maintain the pregnancy. Good luck!

You should have taken an OPK :(

I dont think progesterone levels can indicate what DPO. May be an U/S can tell if your period is approaching or you are pregnant based on your lining, but I dont think anyone can pinpoint what DPO you are :( Sorry
