cycle stopping

I have on occassions skipped my cycle by continusouly taking my birth control (allesse 28). I did not skip it this time and i am in my second day of my cycle. i was wondering if it is possible to start taking my pill now and whether it will stop my period and still act as contraception?

If you just stopped your last BCP and had a "period" from this in which this is now your second day, then yes, restarting a new pack will help stop your period and still serve as effective contraception...
