cycle adjustment to antidepressants

I had two regular cycles with ovulation (I was charting). I became very anxious and depressed and went on Lexapro. Since then, my cycles have been a bit longer and I'm not sure if I am ovulating. My dr. tested my thyroid and it was normal. Should I continue charting to make sure I am ovulating on the lexapro. Does it take time for the menstrual cycle to adjust to antidepressants--if so, how long?

Your cycles should not readily be affected by lexapro, unless you weren't having periods beforehand which doesn't appear to be the case...Keep on checking to see if you're ovulating, i'm hopeful you are, and am sending you some...
