curious about bleeding

hi dr i was wondering if it is normal to have stopped bleeding so soon after a m/c i stopped after 5 days i had u/s and she said that my uterine is still thick but that was 7 days ago and i have no blood or anything no symptoms what do i need to do know we would like ttc again soon but i need to know it is alright
