CRL vs. LMP

Dr. - which one is more accurate? I do not have a 28 day cycle - I believe it was more like 34. I have an idea when I ovulated probably around day 19, 20.
Which u/s CRL is more accurate the reading at 8 weeks or 10 weeks? Should I go with CRL to figure due date b/c LMP is irregular?
