Unfortunately, for as much as you may read out there, whether you purchase a book or find it online for free...there truly isn't a clearly defined way of increasing your chances for selecting the sex of a baby naturally...

Now, if you truly wanted to incrase your chances by means that have been proven, you can have the sperm sorted and do an insemination with the selected sperm or even more reliably so, do Pre-Implantation Genetic Diagnosis (PGD) which can almost definately give you the desired sex you choose.

The best way for determining ovulation at home would be through an OPK (Ovualtion predicator kit).

Also just remember that it is the male sperm that determines the sex of the baby and not the woman.
