cramps

Hi,
I got horrendously painful cramps on Saturday afternoon. At first I thought it might be something I ate so I took 4 antacids and they didnt work. I tried laying down but nothing helped. I took tylenol and it didnt help. Finally I had a glass of wine and it helped. I was 5 DPO so I am too early for implatantion cramps but any ideas what it might be?

It's impossible to determine this over the net and this could be from many different reasons, and always best to be evaluated by a general doc and most likely this has nothing to do with fertility or implantation
