Could these symptoms be caused by stopping Premarin?

I took Premarin CD 7-20. Today is CD 25. For the past three days I have had severe cramps, almost the type of cramps you get during a pap smear... or during the heaviest days of your period. They are the worst after standing up after laying down, after using the toilet, and after doing a lot of housework/laundry, etc. CD 21-23 I had severe motion sickness, and nausea all day long pretty much. CD 23-25 I have been exhausted. Less so today than the other two days.. my face is broken out and my breasts are tender

Not necessarily symptoms by stopping Premarin in someone that's not menopausal like you...if this continues and/or gets worse, consider talking with your doc for an exam, although some of this can be due to the Progesterone effects after ovulation
It is a little unorthodox to give Premarin for this time period, unless you're being stimulated by an RE with medications for a "thin" lining, but also to talk to your doc about this...
