Could I be pregnant?

Its been 2 weeks and 2 days and I've heard from two people that I should take a test now. I had sex the 1st through the 3rd, every day multiple times a day and I was supposed to have my period sometime that coming week(the 3rd-9th) I only had about 4 drops of blood over the course of 2 days that week and that was it. Could that have been a sign of a missed period or what could that be? My period is consistent, I get it every month and it usually lasts 3-4 days and its a medium to heavy flow. I was on the pill but I was supposed to start the period pill on the 3rd. (Yesterday it was 2 weeks since him and I had sex and now I'm having more symptoms like nipples and breasts being sore and having to constantly urinate as well as being somewhat sick to my stomach(feeling horrible before and after eating) and being constantly tired. I didn't start my new pack of birth control just in case I'm pregnant.) I'm not freaking out about it or anything. I'm really hoping I'm pregnant and so is my boyfriend. We're really happy with the idea of having a child together. I just wanted to get some opinions from other women who have been or are pregnant...COULD I BE PREGNANT?
I'm going tomorrow to the doctor's and they're going to do a urine test...I could really use some answers or reassurance.

Sadly I wasn't lucky, the test came back negative but I'm hoping that that slim chance of it not being 100% accuracte worked in my favor. I really don't believe I'm going to get my period this month but I guess we'll see...I haven't talked to him yet but I think he'll agree with me to not go back on the pill. I asked him last night "be honest with me are you hoping for the test to come out a certain way" and he said he'd love it if it came back positive, if it came back negative then that sucks.
So upset...got my period this morning and I didn't get to talk to him about my birth control I just asked him if he wanted me to go back on it if I get my period and he said yes. I'm going to try to actually have a longer conversation with him but its hard because he's working so much. I know we've only been together for a really short time but this is what we both want. I'm hoping he'll agree with me and tell me to not go back on the pill.
