Just after a bit of advice as I am not sure what to think. We have been told by our doctor that due to my partners sperm count (100,000 per ml) that although possible to get pregannt is it unlikely. We have been careful not to get our hopes up and still like it now. My periods are still classed as irregular by my doctor as I have had a few cycles within the last almost 3 years where its been between 24 and 53 days. A recent blood test showed I ovulated and over the last 6 months or so my periods have been around day 25/26. I am now on day 29 and no AF, no cramps or pain like usual and I havent gained any weight (I always put on 3 pound when I am about to come on). I dont actually "feel" pregnant, and Im not getting any hopes up but could this be our month or do you think its my cycle playing games again?

Although the probability is greatly diminished with this sperm count, doesn't mean the probability is 0%...

CJ.. u never know. U could be but I would take a HPT to deff find out. When is ur AF due or should I say when do u think she is due? I hope that u get a BFP!

If not this month then maybe u and ur DH should think about IVF or IUI. Its just an option so maybe that is something that u and him might consider.

Hi Katie, we have a urologist appointment on 29th July to discuss our next step whether it be IVF or more tests to determine why his count is so low. As my cycle has been more regular lately I would have said that Sunday (6th) would have been the latest due on date although since they have been 25/26 days for the last 6 months I would have said Friday (4th) would have been the latest as cycle day 26. Am on cycle day 30 today

CJ.. be4 I could tell u then I would need to know when the last time AF came for u to tell u if u have a 30 day cycle or not. The way u figure it out is u count from the 1st day of ur last cycle to the 1st day of ur next cycle and that will tell u how long ur cycle is.

Katie my last cycle was June 8th and lasted 4 days. The cycle before was 26 days, the one before 25days, 26 days the one before that, 24days before that and 25 days before that so I average a 25/26 day cycle with day 28 being Sunday

CJ.. then u have an average of 24 to 28 day cycle. I would wait until 30 day and then take a HPT if no af then.

CJ.. I looked and today would be 30 days from last Af. I would give it a few more days and then see what happens.

Well, I am now exactly 7 days late. I tested on Thursday (4 days late past 28 days) but got a BFN. Will re-test in a couple days but I am definately hoping this is our month

CJ.. im still hoping that u get a BFP this month. R u sure when u O'ed? If ur this late though it should matter when u O'ed b/c AF would have been here by now. Ur not taking any meds right? Im not feeling so well so I just wanted to check on and see how everything was going. Good luck and keep me posted plz!

Katie, Hope you feel better soon

No I am not on meds but we are due to see a urologist later this month due to my partners sperm count. I ovulate on my own so seems its just a 1 way problem at the moment. I am not sure when I ovulated but I am definately late which is why I will test again in a few days but I will definately keep you posted and Thanks again for all your advice and help

Not my month this month as AF has just arrived :( Will just have to see what the urologist says about my partners count and just keep trying
