I also would say that you can use the find a doctor feature in this site, you go there and enter your zipcode and you'll get all the clinic near you...I'd start calling them and ask for estimated prices of these procedures...and ask for the total cost..with no surprises later..that way you can get idea of the prices in your area.
Once you find a good RE and decide to go through it, please post a rating for that clinic/doctor here in the site so in the future others will know who are the good doctors in your area :-)
good luck!

Yes, the success rates can be higher, but you would need a few procedures performed. Your partner would need a Testicular Sperm Extraction (TESE) so that the sperm are in a petri dish...and this would involve a few $$$ ranging in the couple of thousands, usually. Once your eggs are extracted from IVF, then there may be an extra charge for ICSI to cause fertilization (usually about $1,500). An appropriate amount of embryos will be transferred back to your uterus and hopefully left over embryos frozen for future use and the future cost won't be nearly as bad if you're successful since you would just need FET.
Many IVF centers don't disclose these "other" fees that you will have to add on to the cost of IVF. Many centers already have "hidden fees" associated with their IVF, and after figuring out what these are (usually IVF will run somewhere between $8,500-$11,000), you can tack on the cost of the two other procedures I mentioned...and would encourage you to do your homework so that you are prepared to find out the true ultimate cost...Oh yes...did I forget to mention the cost of the pharmaceutical medications, another ($2,000-$3,500)?
You see how quickly this starts adding up and encourage all of our users to be aware and always read THE FINE PRINT of each center so that you are as informed as possible.
