i have had sore nipples as soon as 5 days after ovulation is this a sign my af is coming or might i be pregnant af is not due till 15 november.

thanks dr q is it possiible to have sore , tender breasts from ovulation right up to af arriving im not due for my af till 15 november and i have been haveing regular sex just before i ovulated then every other day though my fertile period and now my breasts hurt like af is coming im hoping not it just seemed odd to have sore breasts 5 days after ovulation for me anyway.
