My husband and i have been ttc for 4 years now. last year revealed slighlty lower than standard sperm count & motility with dh sa, however, a second sa revealed significantly higher results with only very slight insufficiencies with his total count. i also have PCOS and therefore ovulate very erratically, if at all. I've taken clomid in the past, but went off of it when dh sperm count was classified as low. what should are next step be? dh is not interested in iui or ivf as he believes it to be unnatural and consitutes a test tube baby. my Dr. wants to put me on clomid for 3-4 more months because i responsed so well the first time. please let me know your thoughts/suggestions!!!!

One must remember that sperm values fluctuate and very low values don't appear to be your case.. Since one has PCOS and if you're <35y/o, taking Clomid for upto 6 months is a good reasonable start..
Good luck, and keep us posted..
