Thanks Dr Q for responding. I appreciate it.
Clomid not helpful?
August 09, 2008
Hi ladies was reading the paper this morning and there was an article on fertillity treatment. It was discussing a study that found for women who ovulate on there own clomid does not help. In fact they found that it may decrease pregnanncy rates. They found it most helpfil for ladies with PCOS.
It also said Natural IUI was a waste of time. I was going to ask my doctor for clomid. However i do ovulate on my own.
Now i am thinking of moving straight to IUI with Injectabes. Anyway found it interesting and thought I would share!

One must consider all studies in their context, how it was "organized", methods used..etc as studying a study is always a "study" in and of itself :D
Whereas many would agree that in those who are infertile, Natural IUI truly don't help much...The overall data of ovulatory women who use Clomid DO have a higher pregnancy rate (albeit it's still a very small number)..
If one does want faster results, then you're correct, best to proceed directly to injectables
