Hi.
I have PCOS and IR. I take 1000mg metformin/day (3 months now) and this is my first month of Clomid (50mg days 3-7). My side effects from the clomid have been hot flashes, a couple of headaches, and some cramping on the right side.
I am currently cd 21 and over the weekend (days 18, 19, 20) I experienced some severe cramping all over in my lower abdomen, not just on my right side like usual.
My doctor hasn't been monitoring me this cycle, and I didn't do OPK's. Were these cramps ovulation cramps? Is it possible to have cramps like this and not ovulate?
